What are the responsibilities and job description for the Inventory Receiver position at New Morning Market?
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and verify deliveries against purchase orders and packing slips.
- Inspect goods for damage, defects, or discrepancies.
- Label and organize products in designated storage areas.
- Coordinate returns/credits for incorrect or damaged items.
- Participate in fulfillment of pick lists for grocery retail floor.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in warehouse, shipping/receiving, or inventory control preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to lift and move packages up to 50 lbs.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or overtime as needed.
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Basic computer skills; familiarity with inventory software a plus.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
