What are the responsibilities and job description for the Board Certified Behavior Analyst - Afternoons/ Spanish Speaking position at New Moon ABA?
At New Moon ABA, we are dedicated to providing neuroaffirming, play-based, and family-centered Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for autistic children. As part of our team, you will provide clinical supervision to RBTs and oversee client care. You will receive ongoing mentorship, clinical support/team meetings, and opportunities for advancement all while making the difference in the lives of children and families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and supervise individualized ABA programs for clients in the home, community, and daycares settings
- Perform assessments and develop skill acquisition and behavior support plans
- Lead, supervise, collaborate, and mentor behavior technicians
- Review all session notes and data taken by BT's to monitor client progress and BT proficiency
- Maintain a positive working relationship with the client's family and respond to guardian questions in a timely and professional manner
- Facilitate parent trainings and team meetings. Ensure collaboration with parents, team members, and professionals for optimal client progress and outcomes
- Supervise BT's and BCBA candidates in accordance with BACB
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in applied behavioral analysis, psychology, or education
- BCBA certification issued by the BACB
- Spanish Speaking
- Appropriate state license or in-progress of obtaining
- Prior experience working as BCBA or RBT preferred
- Proficiency in Google and ABA software (Rethink)

Pay: $80.00 - $90.00 per hour
