Job Description:
As an Associate Chiropractor at New Millennium Medical you will work closely with our experienced team of healthcare professionals to provide compassionate and effective care to a diverse patient base. You will perform chiropractic adjustments, provide therapeutic exercises, take x-rays and develop personalized treatment plans. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform chiropractic adjustments using various techniques to address musculoskeletal issues, improve mobility, and alleviate pain.
- Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, including reviewing medical history and performing physical examinations.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs, goals, and conditions.
- Educate patients on the importance of chiropractic care, posture, ergonomics, and wellness.
- Document patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes accurately and in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with other healthcare providers in the clinic to deliver a multidisciplinary approach to care.
- Participate in clinic meetings and ongoing professional development opportunities.
- Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming environment for patients.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) degree from an accredited chiropractic university.
- Valid state chiropractic license in good standing (or eligibility for licensure).
- Strong knowledge of chiropractic techniques, spinal assessments, and musculoskeletal health.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with patients.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in chiropractic software and electronic health records (EHR) systems.
- A passion for patient care, wellness, and continuing education.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) degree from a Council on Chiropractic Education (CCE) accredited institution.
- Completion of all required clinical internships during chiropractic education.
- Valid and active chiropractic license in the state of Illinois.
- Currently accepting applicants from out of state with willingness to obtain Illinois license.
