We utilize an evidence based and innovative, multi-disciplinary treatment approach. We are currently offering clinical positions working with adults and families. We offer Individual and Group Supervision and opportunities for training. New Mexico Wellness provides supervision.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• NM Wellness is seeking to hire the following qualified licensed applicants: (Preference given to applicants with an independent license)

Licensed professional clinical counselor (LPCC),

Licensed clinical social worker (LCSW),

Licensed independent social worker (LISW),

Licensed mental health counselor (LMHC),

Masters level licensed alcohol and drug abuse counselor (LADAC),

Masters social worker (LMSW).

• Therapists will provide group, individual, and family therapy and maintain accurate clinical records including progress notes and treatment plans.
• Therapists may attend clinical staff meetings or any mandatory meetings via telehealth and will be compensated for their attendance.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

*Must be at least 18 years of age.

*Must have the legal right to work in the United States.

*Must be willing to participate in the Company's pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.

*Must have a valid drivers license.

*Must have the ability to speak, read, and write English.

*Must have a Masters level degree.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay Frequency: Biweekly

Hiring bonus: $1000.00 total for the first year (not available for those who have worked for our family of facilities within the past 12 months) paid in increments of $250 per quarter

Quarterly Performance Bonus: Up to $2000.00 total annually paid in increments of $500 per quarter

Pay: $32.00 - $38.00 per hour
