Job Duties and Responsibilities: Teach undergraduate courses in lower division biology, genetics and microbiology courses as well as within their area of expertise.
Advise undergraduate students with respect to their degree plans and academic progress and career pathways
Serve on departmental and college committees
Assist in the development of new undergraduate educational and research initiatives
Qualifications
Required Education and Experience:
PhD in Biology or a related life science field
Minimum of 1 year of college-level teaching experience
Experience in the development and/or implementation of innovative teaching methods and materials
