- Provide guidance on engineering academic programs, admissions processes, financial aid, and campus life.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Five (5) years of related professional experience.
- Knowledge of current industry best practices, customer service standards and procedures, system-wide admissions policies, standards, and procedures.
- Strong leadership skills and understanding of effective leadership theory, practice and techniques.
- Strong interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills, especially in public speaking.
