Role Description This full-time, on-site Real Estate Broker Associate role is based in Las Cruces, NM. The Broker Associate will represent buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants in real estate transactions, including preparing listings, conducting property showings, drafting offers, and coordinating closings. Daily responsibilities include prospecting for new clients, maintaining relationships with existing clients, analyzing market data, preparing comparative market analyses (CMAs), and advising clients on pricing and negotiation strategies. The role involves collaborating with lenders, inspectors, title companies, and other professionals to help ensure smooth transactions and regulatory compliance. The Broker Associate will also maintain accurate records, use brokerage tools and CRM systems, stay current with local market trends, and participate in brokerage meetings and trainings.
Qualifications
- Active New Mexico Real Estate License and a strong understanding of Real Estate and Real Property principles.
- Experience in Brokerage activities, including listing, marketing, negotiating, and closing transactions.
- Knowledge of Commercial Real Estate and the ability to support investors and business clients is preferred.
- Strong client relationship skills, including clear communication, active listening, and a service-oriented approach.
- Ability to work on-site in Las Cruces, NM, with reliable transportation and flexibility for client meetings and showings.
- Proficiency with real estate software, MLS systems, CRM tools, and standard office applications.
- Demonstrated ethical conduct, familiarity with fair housing laws, and adherence to all state and local regulations.
- Previous experience as a real estate broker associate or sales associate is preferred; bilingual skills are a plus.
