Student Employee

Assist with data entry, filing, scanning, copying, and maintaining departmental records. Prepare and organize documents, correspondence, reports. and informational materials. Monitor and maintain office supplies; notify supervisor when supplies need replenishment. Help organize and distribute department communications, announcements. and promotional materials. Assist faculty and staff with special projects and program-related administrative tasks as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications

• Current NMHU student eligible for Federal Work-Study employment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Dependable, professional, and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and meet deadlines.
