Responsibilities
- Greet patients warmly and assist them with the check-in process.
- Manage appointment scheduling and maintain accurate patient records.
- Handle phone inquiries and provide information regarding services offered.
- Assist with medical billing and coding tasks as needed.
- Ensure the reception area is organized and welcoming for patients.
- Collaborate with clinical staff to facilitate patient flow and care delivery.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a medical receptionist or administrative role preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on patient satisfaction.
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology and coding is a plus.
