- Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid nursing license.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as a nurse educator or staff development coordinator in a healthcare setting.
- Strong clinical and educational background in nursing.
- Proficiency in instructional design, adult learning principles, and training methodologies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
- Certification in nursing professional development (e.g., Certified Nurse Educator - CNE) is a plus.
