What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dental Assistant (Receptionist) position at New Martinsville Dental?

- Starting salary of $15/hr with a raise to $18/hr by your one year work anniversary.

What we need from you:
- High energy, positive attitude
- Make and take phone calls from patients, vendors, and insurance companies
- Greet visitors, make coffee, scan documents, collect deposits and payments
- Keep the entryway, reception, and waiting areas clean and organized.
- Close the office at the end of each day (lock doors, turn off lights and equipment, etc.)
- Learn how our dental office works
- Be serious - you’ll be trusted with sensitive information and people’s health
- Communication and Curiosity- we talk and write a lot
- Use a computer all day - we’re willing to teach you how
- We’re a distraction-free workplace; which means staying focused on work
