ARCHITECTURAL DRAFTSPERSON POSITION
Reports to: Senior Designer
Employment Type: Part Time
Location: In Person
Responsibilities:
Design Production:
● Design department support under supervision of Senior Designer
● Assemble and update material selection sheets
● Assist and support design department w/surveys
● Assist and support design department with finish documentation as necessary
● Assist and support design department with construction documents and other drawing production as necessary; redlines
● Assist design department with compilation of design to production handoff
● Update files in construction management program as necessary
● Execute photorealistic 3d renderings for Design Department
● Review and be aware of project schedules to maintain project timelines to achieve project goals
● Coordinate w/ architect and senior designer on producing & compiling NMDB's design detail
library
● communicate regularly with design project lead about each specific job and ask questions about
process or drawings/specifications to each design lead
● Maintain and cultivate positive team relationships
● Represent New Market Design Build (positive, professional, knowledgeable)

Education/Experience:
● Graduate of 2 or 4 Year Interior Design or Architecture Program, or comparable work experience.
● 3 years experience with AutoCad or willingness to train on any newly adopted company
platforms
● 3 years experience with photorealistic 3D rendering generation (or equivalent portfolio)
● Google Workspace
