We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in residential properties, ensuring a welcoming environment for our clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong cleaning skills, a commitment to quality service, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough/detailed cleaning of residential spaces, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas.
- Sanitize surfaces and high-touch areas to ensure a safe and healthy environment.
- Conduct carpet and floor care tasks to maintain the appearance of all surfaces.
- Reliable and flexible with days/hours to work and comes to work with a positive attitude.
- Works well with others and/or on a team. Takes directions from a lead and executes tasks given daily.
- Manage housekeeping tasks efficiently while adhering to established schedules.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during each visit.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards observed during cleaning tasks.
Skills
- Proven experience in custodial or residential cleaning is preferred.
- Familiarity with home cleaning techniques, cleaning supplies, and equipment is a plus.
- Strong understanding of housekeeping management/cleaning practices.
- Ability to launder items effectively while maintaining quality standards.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Attention to detail with the ability to clean and sanitize effectively.
- Knowledge of floor care techniques for various surface types is beneficial.

Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
