- Conduct vital signs, report changes in condition, and maintain accurate records
- Assist with resident transfers, ambulation, and positioning
- Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to infection control protocols
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents and their families
- Candidates must posses a valid CT CNA certificate in good standing.
