Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) All Shifts

New London Rehab and Care Center is a short and long term care facility located in Waterford, CT. We are currently seeking CNA's to join our team! We have recently introduced new starting rates and enhanced shift differentials. We'd love to sit down with you and discuss the opportunities that are available!

Duties And Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to residents, including assistance with daily living activities, mobility, and medication administration
• Conduct vital signs, report changes in condition, and maintain accurate records
• Assist with resident transfers, ambulation, and positioning
• Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to infection control protocols
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents and their families
  
  
  

Skills And Qualifications

• Candidates must posses a valid CT CNA certificate in good standing.
• Experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
