Supervise and support nursing staff (RNs, LPNs, CNAs) during assigned shifts
Monitor resident care to ensure safety, quality, and compliance with care plans
Collaborate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams
Lead in emergency situations and assist with clinical decision-making
Complete documentation and reports accurately and on time
Foster a positive, professional, and resident-centered work environment
RN Skills and Qualifications:
Current RN license in Connecticut (required)
Prior supervisory experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
