Job Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality patient care by assessing and addressing the physical, emotional, and social needs of our residents
Ensure the efficient and effective operation of the nursing department, including managing medication administration, treatment plans
Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to develop and implement individual care plans
Requirements:
Current LPN licensure in the state of Connecticut
Experience as an LPN, preferably in a long-term care setting
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment
