Previous construction experience is preferred but not required. We are willing to train motivated individuals with a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn.
Responsibilities
As a Construction Laborer, you will work with a team to install and repair residential and commercial septic systems. Daily responsibilities may include:
- Assisting with septic system installations and repairs
- Installing pipe, tanks, distribution boxes, and drainage materials
- Grading, raking, shoveling, and general site cleanup
- Loading and unloading materials, tools, and equipment
- Safely using hand and power tools
- Assisting equipment operators on job sites
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Following instructions from supervisors and crew leaders
- Working safely and efficiently as part of a team
Requirements & Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required
- Construction experience is preferred but not required
- Ability to work well with others in a team environment
- Willingness to learn and take direction from supervisors
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
- Ability to lift 75 pounds and perform physically demanding work
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Ability to work safely while following company safety procedures
