The Tallahassee office of Gunster seeks a Legal Administrative Assistant. This role will provide comprehensive clerical and administrative support to multiple attorneys.
You will be responsible for managing calendars, coordinating correspondence, set up and maintaining client files as well as processing client billings. While general administrative expertise is your primary focus, prior litigation support experience is a plus.
Key responsibilities include document management, file maintenance, billing & time entry, and e-filing in state and federal courts. Qualifications include 2 years of experience in general office administration (law firm experience preferred), general litigation experience (e-filing, court deadlines, discovery) is a plus, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and excellent written/verbal communication and proofreading skills.
