Duties
- Lead and supervise daily food and beverage operations.
- Manage inventory control, including ordering, stock rotation, waste reduction, and cost management using POS systems
- Train, develop, and mentor staff on food safety protocols, customer service excellence, and operational procedures
- Handle cash management duties such as cash handling procedures, reconciliation, and POS system oversight
- Coordinate shift management to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods while maintaining quality standards
- Implement safety standards in compliance with health regulations and oversee kitchen management practices
Experience
- Proven management experience within the food industry, particularly in fast food, casual dining, or fine dining settings
- Extensive background in front of the house management
- Demonstrated success in supervising teams with a focus on training & development and performance improvement
- Familiarity with restaurant management systems
- Experience with budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting within hospitality environments
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling and sanitation
- Previous roles involving staff interviewing, training new team members, shift management, and customer service leadership are highly desirable
