About the role: As the Flint Valley Buildings Manager, you will work to preserve, maintain, and improve the physical assets of New Life Ranch, Flint Valley, creating a comfortable and distraction-free environment for fulfilling our mission.

• You exhibit Christlike character and professionalism in behavior, language, and attitude.
• You communicate well with coworkers.
• You are teachable.
• You can systematically think through and manage multiple projects at once.
• You are self-motivated and take initiative in your work.
• You have a good understanding of technical building features (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc.).
• You are highly competent in at least one trade.
