1 year old teacher and Nursery teacher

Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Nursery Teacher with experience working with children aged one year old to join our vibrant early childhood education team. As a Nursery Teacher, you will be instrumental in supporting the developmental milestones of toddlers and preschoolers, ensuring their safety, happiness, and academic growth. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum plans that incorporate early childhood education principles, including literacy education, math, physical education, and Montessori methods.
• Create a safe, welcoming classroom environment that encourages exploration, creativity, and social interaction among children.
• Engage children in activities that promote childhood development milestones such as language acquisition, motor skills, and emotional regulation.
• Manage classroom behavior effectively through positive reinforcement strategies and behavior management techniques.
• Collaborate with parents and guardians to communicate children's progress, developmental needs, and any concerns related to child welfare or special education requirements.
• Conduct assessments using standardized testing methods to monitor individual progress and tailor lesson plans accordingly.
• Support early intervention strategies when necessary to assist children with developmental delays or special needs.
• Maintain detailed records of daily activities, lesson plans, child observations, and progress reports in compliance with childcare standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience working with children in a daycare or preschool setting, particularly with toddlers aged one year old.
• Strong knowledge of childhood development theories and early intervention techniques.
• Familiarity with curriculum development across literacy education, math, physical education, and Montessori approaches.
• Experience managing classroom environments for young children with effective classroom management skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly and empathetically with children, parents, colleagues, and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of behavior management strategies suitable for toddlers and preschoolers.
• Certification or training in early childhood education or related fields is preferred.
