Role Description
As a Certified Prosthetist/Orthotist, you will:
- Assess patient needs and provide custom prosthetic and orthotic solutions
- Design, fit, and adjust devices with ongoing patient support
- Collaborate with our in-house fabrication team to ensure high-quality outcomes
- Participate in digital modifications and CAD/CAM workflows (experience a plus but not required)
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Engage in product development and continuous professional growth
- Contribute to patient education and training programs
Requirements:
- Certified Prosthetist/Orthotist (CPO), Texas Board eligible for licensure
- Certification by ABC (American Board for Certification) or BOC (Board of Certification/Accreditation)
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Prosthetics & Orthotics
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Self-motivated, hardworking, and dedicated to patient care
- Previous clinical experience preferred
- Digital modifications experience a plus, but not required
- Commitment to continuous education and staying current with industry advancements
