Accounting Supervisor
We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting Supervisor to lead our accounting operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage core accounting functions, including accounts payable, general ledger, and taxes.
- Prepare, review, and ensure accuracy of financial statements and reports, maintaining compliance with regulations.
- Analyze financial data and provide strategic insights to support senior management decision-making.
- Coordinate and prepare for internal and external audits, ensuring thorough compliance.
- Develop and implement financial policies to improve efficiency and maintain strong internal controls.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is preferred.
- Four (4) or more years of progressive public accounting experience.
- Proven ability to set, pursue, and achieve goals, ensuring projects meet customer needs and adhere to quality and deadline expectations.
- Month End Close experience or audit experience.
- Experience with balance sheet reconciliation, and preparing and posting journal entries.
- Financial statement preparation experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software and the ability to quickly adapt to new software as needed.
