Solo OTR Driver Overview

• Strong base pay with bonus upside. Earn up to 62 CPM including monthly bonuses ($0.02 fuel $0.02 safety), plus additional pay opportunities that stack on top.*
• Flexible home time options. Regional-style resets available after ~70 hours with a 34-hour reset at home, or stay OTR a minimum of 2 weeks out with 2 days home.
• Run the Western 13. Drive consistent lanes across WA, OR, ID, CA, AZ, UT, WY, NV, MT, CO, NM, OK, TX, plus the I-5 Corridor.

OTR Team Driver Overview

• High team CPM with bonus potential. Earn up to $0.84 CPM split including monthly bonuses ($0.02 fuel $0.02 safety), plus additional pay opportunities that stack on top.*
• Big retention bonus. Teams are eligible for a $10,000 retention bonus.*
• OTR schedule that keeps you moving. Teams typically stay out 2 weeks with 2 days home.
• Run the Western network. Consistent freight across the Western 13 states and I-5 Corridor.

Driver Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 1 year of Tractor Trailer or Reefer experience in OTR or Regional driving
