New Leaf Cleaning is expanding and looking for experienced, reliable independent cleaning subcontractors to join our growing network.
We provide residential and commercial cleaning services throughout our service areas in Connecticut and New York. This is an opportunity for experienced cleaning professionals who want flexible, as-needed work without having to find their own customers.
Responsibilities- Perform residential and/or commercial cleaning services
- Complete jobs thoroughly and professionally
- Follow New Leaf Cleaning’s quality standards and client instructions
- Arrive on time and communicate professionally with clients
- Provide your own cleaning supplies and equipment as required
- Report maintenance concerns, damages, or other issues promptly
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude
- Previous professional cleaning experience required
- Reliable and dependable
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to work independently
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Reliable transportation
- Able to provide references
- Willing to provide required business documentation, including a W-9 and Certificate of Insurance, as applicable
- Must be able to pass a background check if required
- Flexible scheduling

Work is flexible and may include weekdays, evenings, and weekends depending on available jobs and your availability.
ImportantThis is an independent contractor/subcontractor opportunity, not traditional W-2 employment. Subcontractors are responsible for their own taxes, insurance, transportation, supplies, and required business documentation.
