Assistant Property Manager - New Developments

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Property Manager to join our team, focusing on new developments.

This role is crucial to the smooth operation and financial stability of our portfolio. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver and a strong communicator who can help us continue to deliver exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Resident Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for all resident inquiries, concerns, and complaints, ensuring timely and professional resolution.
• Property Operations: Coordinate and oversee daily property maintenance, repairs, and inspections to ensure the highest standards are upheld.
• Vendor Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and contractors, negotiating favorable terms and ensuring high-quality service.
• Operational Efficiency: Continuously seek out and implement improvements to streamline property management processes without compromising service quality.
• Administrative Support: Prepare and distribute all notices and correspondence accurately and on time.

Qualifications

• Highly motivated and detail-oriented with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with residents, owners, board members, and vendors.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with a proven ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of property management principles and practices is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,456.00 - $81,608.14 per year
