Employment Requirements:
-Must have High School diploma and two years of patient care experience required.
-Must complete application for employment.
-Must be 18 or older
*Below are the required documents for employment.
-Must pass national background check.
-Must have current T.B. skin test less than a year *If TB skin test is over a year, must repeat Tb skin test*
-Employment Physical from M.D. office.
-Current Drivers License
-Must have reliable transportation
-Current CPR card certification -First Aid& Healthcare provider "required courses" can be taken online or at any CPR approved testing site.
