Established chiropractic office has an opening for a Front Desk Assistant
The perfect candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and flexible working at the front desk and with patients in treatment rooms. This person can multitask in a fast-paced environment! This person loves working with people remembering them by name, has a genuine interest in the people we serve and can transition patients through the office, keep patients on care plans, has customer service and communication experience, is comfortable doing health history consultations, as well as assist the doctor with evaluations, and therapies. Extroverted, ability to communicate, go-getter attitude, and a passion to help people live active healthy lives!!
Job Description
- Working with EHR (ChiroTouch - a plus)
-Answering Phones
-Scheduling Appointments
-Recall and Reactivations
-Educating New Patients on Services
-Collect Information Regarding Health History
-Prepare patients for therapies

-Bilingual (English/Spanish)
