The New Jersey Titans, proud members of the North American Hockey League (NAHL), are seeking motivated and ambitious students or recent graduates to join our ongoing Internship Program. This program is designed to provide hands-on experience across sports business, media, entertainment, and event operations while preparing interns for future paid opportunities within the sports industry.
Interns are not limited to a single semester. Instead, they have the opportunity to contribute for as long as they are able, gaining progressive responsibilities over time. The program includes an Incentive and Development Plan designed to reward contributions, highlight intern achievements on LinkedIn, and help position students for advancement into paid roles.

Location: Middletown Sports Complex, Middletown, NJ
Schedule: The Titans’ home games are primarily on Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights from September through April, with playoffs in May. Interns will work on a rotating schedule and will not be expected to attend every event. This flexibility allows interns to balance school, work, and other commitments while still gaining meaningful hands-on experience.
Eligibility:
- Must be enrolled in or recently graduated from a college or university program
- No relocation assistance provided
- The New Jersey Titans cannot provide work authorization or visa sponsorship
- Academic credit can be arranged if needed
- We welcome students of all majors and backgrounds, and no prior experience in sports is required. Training and mentorship will be provided for anyone with an interest in sports business. Experience in areas such as event operations, media, game presentation, sales, design, or communications is a plus, but not required.
