As an Entry Level Management Associate, you’ll start by mastering sales through direct, in-person engagement, representing AT&T Wireless products and services to consumers. Every entry level team member is trained from the ground up, gaining real-world sales experience while developing leadership skills through structured workshops and mentorship.
What You’ll Do as an Entry Level Management Associate
- Engage with consumers face-to-face to drive sales of AT&T Wireless products and services
- Learn and apply effective sales techniques to meet daily and weekly goals
- Present wireless plans, devices, and promotions with confidence to generate sales
- Build a strong foundation in sales while progressing through our entry level training program
- Participate in leadership workshops focused on team development, communication, and management
- Assist in coaching and supporting newer entry level team members as you advance
- Track performance and continuously improve your sales results
