Client Account Representative Responsibilities
- Meet with current and existing customers through direct engagements to inform them of the products and services that best benefit their needs
- Close sales efficiently and timely, based upon the customer’s desired preferences; utilize upselling and negotiation tactics when applicable
- Serve as a primary point of contact and manager of client accounts, addressing any questions, comments, or concerns during the sales process
- Collaborate with the Senior Client Account Representatives to review and track client progress, manage key sales performance metrics, and provide insightful updates to clients
- Collect and share client feedback with other Client Account Representatives to help improve sales products and optimize client satisfaction
- Proactively identify and address any obstacles that may arise during customer interactions to ensure a smoother sales delivery process
Qualifications For a Client Account Representative:
- Leadership, sales, or management experience is a plus but not required
- A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences
- Reliable transportation with the ability to commute to our office
- A student mentality with the desire to learn and grow within the business
