The Human Resources Generalist supports day-to-day HR operations across the organization, serving as a key
resource for employee relations, leave administration, scheduling, and payroll coordination. This role ensures
consistent communication, compliance with company policies, and accurate documentation of HR activities.

Key Responsibilities
Employee Relations
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee issues, concerns, and policy guidance.
- Support investigations and assist leadership in resolving ER matters in a fair, consistent, and compliant manner.
- Maintain accurate and confidential documentation related to employee relations, corrective actions, and performance matters.
- Partner with Operations to ensure consistent communication with field staff and leadership teams.
- Support benefits administration, leave-of-absence tracking, compliance monitoring, and handbook adherence.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with state and federal employment laws.
Vent Scheduling:
- Assist with scheduling coordination for Vent Therapists across multiple facilities.
- Communicate shift confirmations, scheduling changes, and coverage updates with clinical and operations teams.
- Review bi-weekly Vent payroll submissions.
- Audit timesheets for accuracy, ensuring consistency with schedule and facility needs.
- Resolve payroll discrepancies in partnership with Finance and Operations.
- 2–4 years of Human Resources experience (Healthcare experience preferred).
- Strong understanding of employee relations, HR best practices, and basic employment law.
- Excellent communication, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable coordinating schedules and handling time-sensitive operational tasks.
- Experience with HRIS/payroll systems is a plus.
