As a GIS Intern, you will:
- Use ArcGIS to digitize, edit attributes and update spatial data.
- Assist with field research and data collection using GPS equipment.
- Review and verify the address information to assist in successful geo-coding activities.
- Scan and archive maps.
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university and entering senior year pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in physical sciences (geography, geology, environmental sciences) or engineering.
- Completion of a GIS or Computer Aided Drafting course is preferred.
- Knowledge and/or experience with GIS is a plus.
- Valid New Jersey State drivers’ license.
- Position is onsite in the corporate office in Wall, NJ.
- Available to work full time (40 hours per week) during defined intern program dates (June-August).
- Visa sponsorship is not available for this position, including for student visas.
