As a Facilities Intern, you will:
As a Facilities Intern, you will:
- Assist facility technicians and work with outside contractors on all facets of work.
- Set up various conference rooms throughout the General Office for meetings.
- Work collaboratively with IT on employee and office moves.
- Assist employees with daily facility requests.
- Assist with setup of various company functions held at outside locations.
- Work with facilities to maintain office guidelines.
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university and entering senior year, pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Construction Management, Business Management, or a vocational focus for electrical, plumbing or related field.
- Position is onsite in the corporate office in Wall, NJ.
- Available to work full time (40 hours per week) during defined intern program dates (June-August).
- Willingness to work overtime or evenings/weekends as needed, including during emergency situations.
- Commitment to working safely and following safety guidelines.
- Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently and follow through on assignments.
- Ability to work outdoors on occasion, including in varying weather conditions.
- Reliable and punctual, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
