We are currently seeking a reliable, organized, and compassionate Patient Care Coordinator (PCC) to support the daily operations of the clinic and help ensure a smooth, professional experience for our patients.
The Patient Care Coordinator plays an essential role in maintaining the flow of the practice, assisting with patient communication, administrative coordination, and operational support. This position is ideal for someone who values professionalism, attention to detail, and the opportunity to contribute meaningfully within a clinical environment.
This is a part-time role with the potential to transition into a full-time position as the practice continues to expand.
Responsibilities
Appointment scheduling and calendar coordination
Insurance verification and billing coordination
Use of the SimplePractice electronic health record platform
Professional and compassionate communication with patients and staff
Coordination of administrative and clinical workflow
Supporting the overall daily operations of the clinic
What We Are Looking For

Comfortable working in a psychiatric clinical environment
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities with efficiency and care
Experience using SimplePractice or a similar electronic health record platform is strongly preferred.
