LCSW · LPC · LMFT · Licensed Psychologist — Independent contractors welcome.
The Opportunity
New Jersey Psychiatric Clinic is a growing, mission-driven practice in Wall Township, NJ. We are expanding our clinical team and looking for a licensed therapist who is ready to build something meaningful — not just fill a chair.
This is a collaborative arrangement: you will receive dedicated office space within our clinic and work under a revenue-sharing model using our established insurance credentialing, billing infrastructure, and administrative support. You focus on your clients. We handle the rest.
What Makes Us Different
We are not a revolving door. We are building something unique and special — a cohesive, loyal clinical team where every voice is respected and every perspective has a place. We believe the best patient outcomes come from providers who feel valued, supported, and genuinely part of something bigger than their caseload.
You will work in close collaboration with our Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to create a seamless, integrated experience for patients — one where therapy and medication management are coordinated, communicative, and patient-centered from day one.
What We’re Looking For
Required:
- Active NJ licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist)
- Experience working with diverse client populations across age groups
- Comfort with collaborative care models involving psychiatric medication management
- Strong ethical grounding, professional boundaries, and commitment to quality
Areas of specialization we are especially seeking:
- Eating disorders
- PTSD and trauma-informed care
- Family therapy and relational issues
- Depression and anxiety
- Co-occurring disorders and medication-assisted treatment
What You Can Expect From Us
- Private office space in a professional psychiatric clinic setting
- Use of our insurance credentialing, billing, and payment systems
- Collaborative relationship with an established Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner
- A practice that respects your clinical voice and therapeutic approach
- All theoretical orientations and treatment frameworks welcomed
- Real opportunity to grow your caseload and your career within a supported structure
- A team that leads with loyalty, integrity, and purpose
If you are a clinician who is done going it alone and ready to be part of a practice that invests in its people — we want to hear from you.
