Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and informative classroom instruction to apprentices and electricians.
- Facilitate hands-on training sessions ensuring practical skills development.
- Foster a positive learning environment and encourage active participation.
- Facilitate hands-on training sessions utilizing tools, equipment, and simulators to reinforce practical skills.
- Assess student progress through evaluations, practical demonstrations, and written assessments; provide constructive feedback to support continuous improvement.

- Incorporate adult education principles to effectively teach diverse learners with varying backgrounds and experience levels.
Requirements
- 5 years experience in electrical work; NJ Journeyman's License.
- Strong mechanical knowledge combined with hands-on experience in electrical systems and troubleshooting.
- Prior classroom or training experience preferred; ability to adapt teaching methods for adult learners is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and effectively.
