Title: Warehouse & Inventory Coordinator
Location: Robbinsville, NJ (On Site)
Schedule: Tuesday - Thursday, 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Employment Type: Part-Time (Approx. 24 hours per week)
Salary: $21 to $22 per hour (W-2)

We are currently seeking a dependable and organized Warehouse & Inventory Coordinator to support our operations team and help ensure our projects run smoothly.
This position plays a critical role in managing inventory, coordinating shipments, and supporting our field technicians and project managers by ensuring materials and equipment are available when needed.
SUMMARY: The Warehouse & Inventory Coordinator is responsible for overseeing day-to-day warehouse operations, including shipping and receiving, inventory management, material staging, and maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, computer proficient, self-motivated, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment where organization and accuracy are essential.
Key Responsibilities
· Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and condition
· Compare packing slips to purchase orders and delivery documentation
· Process outgoing shipments through UPS, FedEx, freight carriers, and other shipping providers
· Maintain accurate inventory records and warehouse documentation
· Perform cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure inventory accuracy
· Track serialized equipment and maintain asset records
· Organize inventory, shelving, and storage areas for maximum efficiency
· Stage equipment and materials for upcoming installation and service projects
· Coordinate material requirements with purchasing, project managers, and field technicians
· Assist with loading and unloading deliveries
· Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
· Support continuous improvement of warehouse processes and inventory controls
· Conduct occasional local material pickups and deliveries as needed
Required Qualifications
· High school diploma or equivalent
· Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software systems
· Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
· Strong written and verbal communication abilities
· Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
· Reliable transportation and strong attendance record
· Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials weighing up to 75 pounds
· Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Preferred Qualifications
· Previous experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse operations, or inventory management
· Experience with cycle counting, inventory control, and material tracking
· Experience using inventory management, purchasing, ERP, or warehouse software systems
· Telecommunications, low-voltage, networking, security, or construction industry experience
· Experience operating company vehicles for material pickups and deliveries
