- Create a structured, supportive, and inclusive classroom environment
- Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of learners
- Assess student progress regularly and communicate effectively with families and administration
- Collaborate with colleagues to support curriculum development and student success
- Foster strong classroom management and a positive classroom culture
- Valid teaching certification required
- Experience teaching elementary grades preferred (3rd and/or 4th grade strongly preferred)
- Strong classroom management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
