The Role
Provide classroom-based consultation to 6-8 autism/self-contained classrooms across two elementary buildings in MIDDLESEX COUNTY, NJ. You’ll design ABA programming and instructional materials, help teachers track progress on IEP goals, coach staff, conduct FBAs, write BIPs, and help shape the district’s expanding autism program.

- Active BCBA certification

- Strong classroom-based ABA experience (school setting preferred)
- Able to work independently and follow through
- Experience with assessments, programming, and staff training
- RethinkEd knowledge is a plus
