SUMMARY
The Data Enry Operator is responsible for accurate inputting, updating, and maintaining data into computer systems and databases. The role requires strong attention to detail, organized skills, and the ability to meet deadlines while ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Enter, verify, and update data accurately into systems or databases from various sources such as paper documents digital files and online forms.
- Maintain organized and up to date records and files.
- Retrieve and manage data as requested for reporting analysis.
- Perform regular quality checks to verify the integrity of entered data.
- Handle sensitive or confidential information with discretion and in compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve discrepancies or clarify data requirements.
- Perform quality control on their own work.
- Meet daily, weekly or monthly data entry targets as assigned.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
WORK ENVIRONMENT

- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle repetitive tasks efficiently.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with data confidentiality policies and practices.
