We’re seeking an experienced, top-performing Automotive Finance Manager to join a high-volume import dealership in the greater Florence, Alabama area. The ideal candidate will possess the leadership, professionalism, and drive needed to exceed both customer and dealership expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Present and sell a complete lineup of vehicle protection products with confidence, transparency, and full compliance
- Accurately complete and finalize all deal paperwork to ensure timely funding and flawless execution
- Partner with Sales Managers and lenders to structure competitive finance and lease options
- Maintain strict compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations
- Track and collect receivables while maintaining organized documentation
- Foster a team-oriented, ethical, and customer-first culture across the sales and finance departments
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of F&I management experience in a franchised import dealership (required)
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed PVR and product penetration goals
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills
- Self-motivated, competitive, and results-driven
- Strong commitment to compliance and customer satisfaction (CSI)
