You’ll play a key role in educating clients, setting appointments for our team in the field, and assisting with followup—all while delivering a professional and consultative experience.Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to businesses to schedule free, no-obligation exterior and roof inspections.· Use CRM software to manage leads, track activity, and follow up effectively.· Maintain a positive, professional tone and deliver a compelling message over the phone.· Overcome objections and turn cold calls into warm leads for our field sales team.· Work in a fast-paced environment with consistent call volume.Qualifications:Qualifications· Excellent verbal communication and persuasive phone skills.· Comfortable using CRMs, Microsoft Office, and Windows-based systems.· Previous call center, appointment setting, or phone sales experience is preferred.· High level of stamina and the ability to “dial and smile” throughout the shift.· Goal-oriented with a strong work ethic and desire to earn commission.Perks: UNCAPPED COMMISSION structure!
