Restorative Aide Responsibilities:
- Safely lifting, moving and transferring residents as required.
- Feeding or assisting residents with eating or drinking as necessary.
- Timely responding to call lights.
- Monitoring changes in resident health and reporting changes to the charge nurse.
Qualifications:
- Nursing Assistance Certification required.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Highly developed observation skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills needed
