In this role, you will be responsible for providing hands-on instruction and support to individuals with developmental disabilities in various life skills areas.
**Currently hiring only for Weekends and NOC/Overnight shift; Wednesdays through Sundays from 11:00 p.m. To 7:00 a.m.Your Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized training programs based on each individual's goals and needs.
- Teach essential life skills such as personal hygiene, home maintenance, meal planning and preparation, money management, and community navigation.
- Assist individuals in developing social skills, communication skills, and problem-solving abilities.
- Provide support and encouragement to foster independence and self-confidence.
- Track progress and document outcomes for each individual.

- Bilingual – English / Spanish is a plus
- A perfect part-time or second job!
- Experience working with adults with developmental disabilities is a plus but not necessary. We are willing to train the right candidate.
- Flexible availability. 25 - 40 hours a week (may include weekends)
- Rate: $22.25-22.75 Per Hour
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience working with individuals with special needs or developmental disabilities preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create engaging and interactive lesson plans.
- Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
- Ability to adapt and modify instruction to accommodate individual needs and abilities.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
