About the Role:
- As a Direct Support Professional in our MMDP program, you will provide one-on-one support and assistance to individuals with developmental disabilities.
- You will help individuals achieve their goals and engage in meaningful activities.
- You will assist with daily living tasks, personal care, medication administration, and community integration.
- This is a part time position
- Weekly hours can range from 20-30 hours a week
- Monday-Friday 9am-4pm
- Rate: $20.50
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience working with individuals with special needs or developmental disabilities is preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively and empathetically
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Pass a background check and drug screening
- 30 work hours eligible for part-time benefits (Medical, Vision & Dental)
