Team Lead -- Life Skills Day ProgramNew Horizons is looking for a Team Lead in our Life Skills Day Program to assist adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities to reach their individual goals. A Team Lead will work with the individual(s), providing instruction in activities of daily living, transporting to and from community resources and events, teaching new skills, and assisting with personal care needs while the individual(s) attends the Life Skills Day Program. A Team Lead will develop schedules, provide supportive supervision, and work to continually improve the quality of services provided.A successful Team Lead will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster a positive relationship with the individual(s) they support.
