Program Director–Full Life Services
New Horizons is looking for a Program Director. The Life Skills Director is responsible for the operation of the day program facilities, community connections, and service coordination, including staffing, budgets, planning, and safety responsibilities. The Director also provides support to the associate directors, managers and team leads using approaches and strategies to support the client to be fully engaged and included in each aspect of their daily life.
The Program Director will have good communication and interpersonal skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent organization and attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to the needs of the organization and its employees.

Job Qualifications
Eighteen (18) Years of Age or older
Bachelor’s Degree in Social Services or other related field
Minimum of one year experience in leadership
Valid Driver’s License
