Job Description: Community Living DHI Coordinator
New Horizons is looking for a Community Living DHI Coordinator employee to assist adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities to reach their individual goals. This employee will work with the individual(s) to develop skills, practice independence, and explore opportunities while providing support to the individual in their home and in the community.

Job Qualifications
Eighteen (18) Years of Age or older
High School Diploma or GED required; higher education preferred
Valid Driver’s License
Complete required training including First Aid/CPR certification
