Location: Northview Community – 10050 Hillview Drive, Pensacola, FL32514
- Schedule: PRN with open avaliability for all shifts (6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm, 10pm-6am)

Northview Community is a resident-centered long-term care community committed to delivering safe, compassionate, and high-quality care. We are seeking confident, LPN/RN Cart Nurses to add to our nursing team, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain smooth operations during assigned shifts.
Position Summary
The Cart Nurse is responsible for overseeing care for 15 residents.
Key Responsibilities
· Medication Pass that ensures the 6 rights of medication administration are followed
· Ensure delivery of safe, high-quality resident care in accordance with facility policies and state/federal regulations
· Respond to resident emergencies and incidents
· Conduct rounds to ensure resident safety, infection control compliance, and quality of care
· Support staff with coaching and real-time problem solving
· Document resident activities, appointments and incidents
· Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to maintain continuity of care
Qualifications
· Current RN or LPN license in good standing (required)
· Minimum 1 years of nursing experience; long-term care experience strongly preferred
· Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
· Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational abilities
· Ability to remain calm and effective in fast-paced or high-stress situations
